Peel a clove of garlic and flush it down the toilet before bed. Leave on overnight. Don’t use the toilet bowl until the next morning. Repeat the procedure every seven days. What happens if you do this? The benefits are many! In particular, it removes yellow calamine stains, helps to disinfect and eliminate bacteria. It also cleans microorganisms that are harmful to health and cause bad odors.

Other ways to use garlic: Heat water in a pan, add a minced garlic clove and cover the pan, then turn off the heat. Let sit for 15 minutes with the lid on, then flush the mixture down the toilet to remove bacteria. Or you can sprinkle baking soda into the container before pouring in the garlic infusion. This way you also get rid of bad odors. Optionally add lemon juice for a more intense whitening effect.
