Ingredients
For the dough
For our dough we need:
230 gr of flour
150 ml of orange juice 100 gr of granulated sugar 15 gr of baking powder100 ml of oil
8 gr of vanilla
sugar grated zest of a lemon
an egg
Preparation
In a bowl, pour an egg, vanilla sugar and granulated sugar. Then mix with a hand whisk and then add the oil. Stir a little more and then add the grated lemon zest and orange juice to the mix, always mixing with the whisk.
At this point, add the flour and incorporate it a little at a time. Finally, add the baking powder and incorporate the baking powder with a hand whisk.
When the mixture is nice and velvety and without lumps, pour it into the donut molds, those with a central cone. In this way we will get a cavity in each of our sweets. Now all that remains is to bake for 20/25 minutes at 180 degrees.
When the cakes are ready, let them cool to room temperature.
For the filling
While they are cooling, prepare the filling. We need:
150 gr of orange juice
one egg
half a tablespoon of cornstarch powder
70 gr of granulated sugar
Preparation
Pour the egg and granulated sugar into a saucepan. Then mix everything with a hand whisk and add the orange juice. Once these ingredients are incorporated, pour in the cornstarch and mix again. At this point, put the saucepan on the stove, over low heat, and stir until you get a thick cream.

Preparare i dolci
Non rimane che trasferire i dolci su un piatto piano e capovolgerli, così da avere a disposizione i coni vuoti che poi riempiremo con la crema.

We brush them with apricot jam and then sprinkle them with coconut. Now take the cream we have just prepared and pour it into the cones, then decorate with a nice slice of orange.
Enjoy your meal!
