Epipremnum , for example, is a very beautiful plant with a regular growth process. With the help of a special fertilizer , however, not only will the plant grow faster, but we will also notice a notable improvement in its health and in the appearance of its leaves and branches.

Epipremnum: the best fertilizer that can be used

For plants, fertilizer acts as a nutrient , so it is necessary to use top quality products. In the case of Epipremnum, the best way to make it strong and flowering is to use urea , a fertilizer with a high concentration of nitrogen.

To feed the plant with this fertilizer, just dissolve a teaspoon of urea (about 6 g) in a liter of water and pour a little – just enough – on the soil. In this way, the product will act through the roots  which, in turn, will nourish the plant and make it grow quickly.

Urea, as already said, is a fertilizer rich in nitrogen , so it can only be administered to the plant once a month and in small quantities.

An alternative method to use urea

In addition to pouring it directly on the soil, the water and urea solution can also be used on the leaves  of the Epipremnum, so that they absorb it directly. To proceed with this method, we can use the remaining compost with which we watered the plant and transfer it to a spray container.

Then, all we have to do is spray  the water and urea solution on the leaves, and see how much faster the Epipremnum grows thanks to the use of this fertilizer.

Remember that you should not abuse the use of urea, since the high concentration of nitrogen it contains can damage plants over time.
