If  you want to propagate roses  by getting dozens of them only with those you have bought or received as a gift, you can do it with the trick that we suggest below. Roses are among the most beautiful and popular flowers and can decorate any corner of the house.

Roses are plants that are considered difficult to grow, but few know that starting  from the stem of a single rose  you can obtain many others in an almost endless reproduction process. It is a simple task and no experience is required.

Below we explain how  you can get a wonderful rose bush from a rose stem  .

First step

First we must choose the place where we will place our rose bush and make a hole 15 centimeters deep, which we will fill with sand.

The correct location should not be near a wall or under a tree. Roses need space and sun to grow.

Second step

Preserve the stem of one or more roses, they are the starting point of the propagation process and, therefore, of the structure of the rose bush.

It is important that the stems come from healthy plants, are in good condition and measure about 20-25 centimeters.

Third step

Clean the stems of the roses well, removing leaves and impurities to promote their regeneration.

Next, stick the stems into the sand, leaving some space between them. Press lightly on the sand to secure the stems.

Fourth step

Once the stems are well supported, cover them with fertilized soil and press with your feet to compact them well.

Alternatively, you can put the stems on a potato and plant it directly with the vegetables following the previous step.

Finally, all that remains is to wait for the plant to develop and begin flowering. Remember to water at the proper frequency and make sure the plant receives the correct amount of sunlight, especially in the morning.
