Cream:
Melt Milky Way, chocolate and cream over a double boiler. Transfer to a mixing bowl and chill overnight. Whip the cold mixture with cream stiffener.
Dough:
Beat egg whites. Mix egg yolks, sugar and water until fluffy. Mix the cocoa and flour and stir into the egg cream. Finally, fold in the beaten egg whites. Bake at approx. 180 degrees for approx. 15-20 min.
Cut out 6 rings from the dough with a round cookie cutter of about 24 cm diameter. Then always put one piece of cake in the cookie cutter, fill it with cream and finish with a second piece of cake. The easiest way to remove the tartlet from the ring is with a wet knife. Finally, use a piping nozzle to spread the remaining cream on the tartlets. Decorate as you like.
