Raspberry Mojito by Caröchen| Chef

Ingredients

for

1Lime(s)
4 tspSugar
1 handfulRaspberries, frozen
n.b.Rum, white
2 twig/sMint
n.b.Ice cube

Preparation

Working time: approx. 5 minutes  Total time approx. 5 minutes

Cut the lime into eighths and divide between two glasses. Add two teaspoons of sugar at a time and squeeze the juice out of the limes with a pestle. Now squeeze a sprig of mint per glass with your hand so that the aroma can come out. I twist in the branches and leaves until they tear open a little. Add the raspberries and a few ice cubes to taste, fill with white rum and stir so that the sugar and lime juice are distributed.

If the raspberries were still too frozen, i.e. did not disintegrate on their own, let the drink stand for a while until the raspberries thaw and crush them with a pestle or even a teaspoon until the drink turns red.

Serve with a thick straw. For the non-alcoholic version, replace the rum with lemonade, but then omit the sugar.
