Ingredients
- 250 ml milk
- 100 gr of flour
- 20 gr of oil
- 10 g of stevia sweetener (or 20 g of regular sugar)
- 5 eggs
- 2 apples
- Cinnamon to taste
- powdered sugar to taste
Preparation
- First, rinse the apples, peel them, cut them into 2-centimeter cubes, transfer them to a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil, brown for 10 minutes and wait for them to cool.
- Now break the eggs and divide the yolks of the whites into two separate bowls, which must be whipped until stiff.
- Now mix the egg yolks with a whisk and in the meantime add the milk, flour, stevia sweetener and cinnamon, then once you have a mixture with a thick and frothy consistency, starting from the bottom to the top and above all slowly, add the egg whites.
- Finally, pour the mixture into the pan with the apples, level it with a spatula, cover with a lid, set the heat to medium-low and cook for 5 minutes, then turn away and let go for a further 5 minutes.
- Once the omelette is ready, wait until it has cooled down, place it on a plate, garnish it with powdered sugar if you want and serve.
