Preparation
Working time: approx. 20 minutes Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes Total time approx. 1 hour
Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie, stirring, then let it cool slightly. Crack the eggs in a bowl and slowly fold in the cooled chocolate mixture. Add flour, baking powder and vanilla pulp and mix well.
For the topping, beat the egg with the butter until creamy and stir in the two sugars. Add the flour and stir to combine. Add the chocolate chips and stir into the batter.
Line a rectangular tin (approx. 28 x 24 cm) with baking paper and pour in the dough for the base and smooth it out. Dab the dough for the topping on the bottom with a wooden spoon. Prick the blobs with the handle of the wooden spoon so that the light dough comes to the bottom.Bake in an oven preheated to 160°C top/bottom heat for approx. 35 – 40 minutes. Allow to cool and cut into squares.
