You probably think that to have a beautiful rose bush you need to be an expert gardener. But with this trick, you don’t need to have any  specific knowledge  of roses or gardening. All you should have on hand is a  potato  and a rose stem. These two elements are more than enough to  grow several rose bushes .

Growing roses: what is needed?

To carry out this trick, take these  5 things  : a sprig of rose, a potato, a  flower pot , a plastic bottle and some potting soil.

The pot should be placed outside. Regular watering will help your rose bush bloom more quickly.

Complete guide to growing roses

The first step is to choose your favorite rose. Next, remove all the  leaves  from the stem. It is also necessary to cut the head diagonally, 2 or 3 cm from the flower.

Next, take the potato and make a hole in it. A hole that will hold the stem of the rose. Put some soil at the bottom of the pot, about 5 cm deep, and place the potato with the stem. When the potato is in the correct position, add the rest of the soil.

For the third step, take  the plastic bottle  and remove the entire bottom circular part by cutting it. Now fit the rest of the bottle onto the stem, making sure the stem of the rose passes through the opening of the bottle. This is a way to  keep the branch balanced .

Regularly water the stem of the rose and spray the soil around the bottle with water. Your roses will grow slowly and in a few weeks you will have a magnificent rose bush.
