Ingredients:

1 bag of coffee powder, (soluble cappuccino powder)

150 ml cream

1 packet vanilla sugar

250 g plain yoghurt

3 tsp sugar

450 g mascarpone

Preparation:

1. First, mix nicely in a bowl with the whisk of a hand mixer: vanilla sugar, mascarpone, cappuccino powder, sugar and yoghurt

2. Then whip the cream until stiff, fold into the cream.

3. Now pour the cappuccino cream into small bowls.

The cream is ready, always succeeds and is really a real eye-catcher!!
