Powerful homemade cleaner to make your stove shine without using bleach

Stovetops are among the most difficult and annoying kitchen surfaces to clean, due to food and grease residues  which, in contact with heat and air, harden and become very difficult to remove.

All the products available on the market capable of removing dirt from these surfaces are loaded with chemicals, which end up damaging the skin of our hands, sometimes even permanently.

If you are looking for a natural alternative to chemical cleaning products, below we suggest the recipe for a completely natural DIY cleaner , capable to remove the most stubborn dirt and make the stove shine again .

To start, get the following ingredients: liquid dish detergent, 60 ml of apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons of baking soda, the juice of one lemon and 60 ml of hot water.

To start, get the following ingredients: liquid dish soap, 60 ml of apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons of baking soda, 1 lemon juice and 60 ml of hot water.

Mix all the ingredients until the detergent begins to foam.

Remove the burners from the hob and soak them in this solution for about 5 minutes. Then use a sponge to thoroughly scrub all areas with embedded dirt.

You will see how hardened or burned food remains come off easily. If the dirt is particularly stubborn, dip it back into the mixture and let it sit for another 5 minutes.

Dry the burners and replace them on the hob.

If the mixture is not enough to remove the dirt, wrap the stove in absorbent paper soaked in vinegar, protect with plastic wrap and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.

Finally, rinse well and wash with dish soap. This should be enough to remove all the dirt and make the stove shine .
