To grow ginger it is necessary to have the product ready and washed. Each part is then cut in two and placed in a glass container or glass baking dish.

At this point, water is added and covered with a damp cloth. Let the ginger run its course and after a week you will be able to see the first roots. If they’re not already developed, repeat the process for another week. The ginger parts with the root will need to be placed in a vase with soil, so that other ginger plants can grow indefinitely.
The same goes for lemongrass, to multiply it at will with a very simple method.

Take the stems and cut off the thin part at the bottom with the help of a knife. Once done on all available stems, prepare a pitcher filled with water for each stem (not in pairs or groups). Let the water run its course and after a few days you will notice the first roots.

Tips for growing garlic at home
The farmer’s method could not be missing even for the cultivation of garlic. In this case we work directly with the whole heads of garlic.

These will have to be peeled completely. Then, vases/containers filled with water are prepared to delicately deposit the garlic. It should not be immersed in water, but the affected part will only be the lower part for the development of the roots. As time goes by you will notice longer and longer white roots and when they have reached the end of the pot they can be taken.
