THE BENEFITS OF ROCK SALT FOR OUR LAUNDRY

Once we have finished washing our clothes in the washing machine, we run the risk of noticing that the center softness of our laundry does not correspond to what we really expected.

At this point, our instinct is to rush out and buy new products to try them out and be able to give our washes in the washing machine the desired result. What if we discovered that all we need to do to achieve this is to put two tablespoons of coarse salt in the drum before washing?

Coarse salt, in fact, thanks to its ability to make water less calcareous, will ensure the softness of our laundry, without having to resort to expensive softeners every time.

As we have already mentioned, coarse salt is able to make water less chalky, so it can also be used to remove dirt residues that, over time, can accumulate inside the drum and pipes of our washing machines.

For thorough cleaning, simply pour a 1 kg package into the basket and perform a high-temperature vacuum wash.

A small cup of coarse salt in the washing machine drum when it’s not running will also prevent moisture, mold, and odor from building up.
