- Place the ginger slices on the salted paper towel.
- Wrap the ginger slices with the paper towel and secure it with a rubber band to prevent salt spills.
- Place the ginger paper towel in the garlic bag.
- Squeeze the air out of the bag before closing it tightly.
- Store the bag in a dry and cool place, preferably in a kitchen cabinet or pantry, avoiding exposure to direct light.
