Laurel is also used to relieve symptoms of respiratory diseases, such as bronchitis, coughing or pharyngitis.
Below we explain how to prepare a laurel infusion, effective for relieving rheumatism, regenerating muscles and tendons, reducing muscle and joint pain.
You need: 30 grams of fresh bay leaves, 300 ml of 60% alcohol.
Break up the bay leaves and put them in a glass jar, add the alcohol and seal it tightly. Store in a warm place for about 10 days, then strain it and store in another glass jar.
Use this tea to massage the areas affected by pain. Do not apply this treatment for more than a month and do not ingest at all.
