Ingredients :
-600 g potatoes (4)
-80 g cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche
-50 g smoked bacon (4 slices)
-50 g whole Emmental cheese
-50 g grated Emmental cheese<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Preparation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1-Heat oven to 180\u00b0C.
2-Cut 4 pieces of aluminum foil and wrap the potatoes in them.
3-Bake for 40 minutes.
4-In the meantime, dice the Emmental cheese and bacon. Place in a salad bowl and set aside.
5-Once cooked, cut the potatoes in half. Remove some of the flesh and place in the bowl with the bacon and Emmental cheese. Add the cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, salt and pepper and mix well.
6-Fill the potatoes with the mixture, sprinkle with grated Emmental cheese and place in the oven for 15 minutes. Serve hot.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
