When feeding orchids, water the pots thoroughly, to the point where the water drains to the bottom. Your plant will also benefit from a foliar application of the solution, the leaves are able to absorb citric acid and some nutrients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you mist your plants, add lemon juice to the mist water. In case you dare not apply directly, pour water mixed with lemon juice into the saucer. The orchid will absorb it like mine did.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
