This fruit also offers many health benefits: it helps prevent fluid retention and regulate blood pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pineapple has natural laxative properties and is rich in essential nutrients such as calcium, iron, vitamins A, B and C, magnesium, potassium, carbohydrates and manganese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, few people know that it is possible to grow pineapples even at home without having a lot of space. In this article we explain how to do it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You need:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A pineapple<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a cutting board<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A very sharp knife<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a glass container<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A pot and some soil.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cut off the top of the pineapple, about an inch below where the leaves begin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the same knife, remove any remains of pulp that remain around the neck, leaving it almost flush with the leaves. Peel the pineapple trunk and&nbsp;<strong>clean it well<\/strong>&nbsp;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place the cut piece in a glass container filled with water and&nbsp;<strong>wait for it to take root<\/strong>&nbsp;. Remember to change the water periodically and place the container in a place well exposed to light.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the roots have formed (this will take about a month),&nbsp;<strong>place the pineapple in a well-drained pot filled with potting soil<\/strong>&nbsp;. Place the pineapple in the center of the pot by making a hole, then cover with more soil and water well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Take a clear plastic bag and poke holes in it with a pen. Cover the plant with the bag and tie the ends. Pineapple prefers tropical climates, and the envelope method helps retain heat and moisture. &gt;&nbsp;&nbsp;.<strong><\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After a few weeks, new leaves will begin to form in the center of the plant. At that point you can discard the bag and&nbsp;<strong>wait for the rest of the plant to form<\/strong>&nbsp;.
