Quality salts are rich in minerals which, when absorbed by the body along with heat, help reduce moisture levels and relieve pain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The preparation of hot salt is very simple: put a handful of coarse salt in a pot and heat for a few minutes. When some smoke begins to come out of the salt, it is time to turn off the stove.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place the hot salt in a clean piece of canvas or sock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place the warm salt compress, being careful not to burn yourself, on the painful area. Leave on for about 15 minutes, or until the salt loses heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Repeat the treatment as many times as you deem necessary: you can reuse the same salt. The remedy is effective for relieving bronchitis, colds, neck and menstrual pain, back pain and sinusitis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This treatment can be repeated every day, reusing the same salt.
