You will be surprised to know everything you can clean with vinegar!<\/p>\n\n\n\n Before we start, let’s list the most common types of vinegar<\/strong> and which ones are the most effective for cleaning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Remember that there is a difference between white vinegar and white wine vinegar<\/strong>: the former has an acidity of 8%, while the latter has an acidity that fluctuates between 3 and 5%. For domestic cleaning we suggest using white vinegar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n White vinegar is a powerful natural disinfectant that can be used on any surface in the home: from floors to tiles, from glass to hobs. It can eliminate bacteria, fungi, mold, and other types of microorganisms that cause bad odors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For example, white vinegar can be used to disinfect cutting boards, especially if they are made of wood, or to eliminate bad odors from sponges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n White vinegar is very effective in neutralizing bad odors from clothes, but also from the refrigerator or food containers. In the case of clothes, you can use vinegar as an alternative to laundry softener.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Thanks to its acidity, white vinegar is a perfect product against limescale, without damaging the surfaces. Mix vinegar and water, but adjust the amounts depending on the density of the limescale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n White vinegar or apple cider vinegar, together with baking soda, is a powerful remedy for unclogging clogged drains. It will also eliminate bad odors that form in the pipes of the sink, shower, or bathtub.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It can happen that chewing gum (maybe not yours!) sticks to clothes, becoming difficult to remove without damaging the garment. Apply a little white vinegar to the chewing gum stain and let it sit for a few minutes: the acidity of the vinegar will dissolve the chewing gum, which will become easier to remove.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mix one part vinegar and two parts water to clean any stainless steel surface, such as an iron, shower head, or ceramic glass surfaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You can also use vinegar to clean the mocha machine: put vinegar in the water container and bring to a boil, then boil normal water and dry well. The result will be impeccable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Vinegar is also very useful for cleaning any type of glass, such as mirrors, monitors and televisions. For the latter, remember to dilute the vinegar in water and do not apply it directly to the screen, but to a microfiber cloth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n By mixing white vinegar with an essential oil such as mint or eucalyptus, you can obtain a very effective repellent against any type of insects (flies, ants or mosquitoes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n A vinegar and baking soda solution is undoubtedly the best remedy for cleaning all surfaces of the oven. Mix the ingredients, wait for the effervescent reaction to finish, then use the solution to remove the dirt with the help of a sponge. Leave on for 15-20 minutes to remove the caked grease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Vinegar is the best product to eliminate bad odors, bacteria and dirt from dishwashers and washing machines. Sprinkle baking soda over the entire surface of the dishwasher, then place a full glass of white vinegar on top and run a wash cycle.
