200 g flour 55
200 g sugar
5 eggs
300 ml at room temperature
5 apples
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
120 g jam<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creamy apple tart with jam is a simple dessert and we start preparing it by placing the eggs in a bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We combine the milk, which must be at room temperature just like the eggs, combine the sugar and whisk it all together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Add the vanilla and 4 apples, peeled and cut into small pieces, then the well-sifted flour. Mix until smooth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Peel the fifth apple, cut into thin slices and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pour the mixture into a buttered 24-26 cm diameter mould, place the apple slices on top and bake at 180\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Don’t overcook the dessert, or you’ll lose the creamy effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once ready and cooked, remove from the oven and leave to cool completely. When the creamy apple cake is still cold, remove it from the tin and spread with a little apricot jam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
