Don\u2019t hesitate to try it, it\u2019s sure to be a sensation!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to make the Cold Lemon Pie Recipe!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;the base :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 g of\u00a0shortbread biscuits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150g butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 cl of milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zeste d\u2019un\u00a0citron<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For the stuffing:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>600g good quality lemon yoghurt, made with creamy whole milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 cl of unsweetened liquid cream<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 g of icing sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zeste\u00a0d\u2019un citron<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yellow food coloring<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For garnish :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zest of a lemon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prepare the base:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cover a 26 to 28 cm tart mold with cling film.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a blender, mix the shortbread cookies, then put them in a bowl.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Melt the butter with the milk, in a bain-marie or in the microwave.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour the mixture over the shortbread biscuits, add the grated lemon zest and mix well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>With the mixture obtained, cover the entire bottom and edges of the mold<br>pressing down firmly with a spoon, as you would for a pie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prepare the stuffing:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Beat the liquid cream until very stiff with the sugar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Combine the yogurt and lemon zest, and stir until well combined.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Divide the mixture into two parts and, in one of them, add the yellow coloring.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spread the yellow mixture over the cookie base in an even layer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>With the white part, fill a piping bag and make tufts covering the entire yellow layer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving (you can leave the tart overnight).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After three hours, carefully unmold, remove the film and place the tart on a tray.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving, and sprinkle with the grated lemon zest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The cold lemon tart is now ready to enjoy.
